Your episode history, medicine logs, and notes are stored on your device only. Nothing is sent to any server unless you choose to enable cloud sync in Account settings.
If you subscribe to CVS Tracker Premium and sign in, episode data is synced to a private, encrypted database hosted in the EU. Only family members you explicitly authorise can access it. Sync can be disabled at any time by signing out.
We do not sell, share, or use your health data for advertising. It is not shared with any third party, including analytics providers or marketing platforms.
Premium subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat and Apple. Their privacy policies govern the payment data they handle. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
You can export everything to CSV or delete the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device. To request deletion of any cloud-synced data, sign out or contact us at the address below.

This app is designed for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. All data entry is performed by the adult caregiver using the app.
